2.1. Research Use Only: All products sold by Elev8 are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic applications.
2.2. Products must only be handled by qualified professionals. You confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and possess the necessary knowledge and equipment to safely store, handle, and use such substances.
2.3. You agree not to use any products from Elev8 in any way that violates local, national, or international laws.
3. Eligibility
3.1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and are purchasing for lawful, non-consumptive research purposes.
3.2. Elev8 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect that the buyer intends to misuse the product(s).
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1. All prices listed on the Site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
4.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are specified on the checkout page.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We ship only within South Africa. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.
5.2. Elev8 is not responsible for any issues arising from customs clearance, package seizures, or regulatory challenges once the order has been dispatched.
5.3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or the error was made on our side.
6.2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence (photos and order number). We will investigate and may issue a replacement or credit.
6.3. In the event of a valid return, that has been authorized by us, the company. We are happy to issue a reversal of the transaction once the product is returned and is unopened/damaged.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Under no circumstances shall Elev8 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased on the Site.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
